GOLDEN FIST GEAR WARRANTS ITS PRODUCTS TO BE FREE FROM DEFECTS IN MATERIALS AND WORKMANSHIP FOR A PERIOD OF 60 DAYS FROM DATE OF PURCHASE, PROVIDED THEY HAVE NOT BEEN SUBJECTED TO OBVIOUS ABUSE, NEGLECT OR MISUSE. GOLDEN FIST GEAR’S SOLE LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO REPAIRING OR REPLACING PRODUCTS THAT ARE RETURNED WITHIN THIS 60-DAY PERIOD, UNLESS SPECIFIC PRODUCT LITERATURE SPECIFIES OTHERWISE.

Shipping & Return Policy
All Golden Fist Gear products purchased directly through the website are shipped directly from Golden Fist Gear World Headquarters in North Hollywood, CA (USA). Shipping within the continental United States will typically occur within 3 business days (or less) from when the order is placed and will usually arrive within 5-10 business days, depending on weather and road conditions. Shipments are made using the United States Postal Service (USPS).
If products arrive damaged, please contact us immediately at contact@goldenfistgear.com with a photo of the damaged goods and we will either replace the goods or refund the cost of the item(s) (tax and shipping included) after the goods have been delivered back to our headquarters. An explanation and photographic evidence of the damage may be requested. Purchase will be refunded to payment method used to make the purchase only.
Golden Fist Gear LLC will pay the return shipping cost by United States Postal Service (USPS) standard flat rate mail only. A copy of the return shipping receipt will be requested before return shipping cost is refunded.
Golden Fist Gear LLC will not accept returns from any third party or outside vendor. Returns are only accepted for purchases through this website.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, Golden Fist Gear products are subject to a 60-day, full money back guarantee (including tax and shipping) from the date of purchase. Reason for return and written and/or photographic proof of reason for return may be requested if necessary before the return is accepted for processing.

Upon purchase of any Golden Fist Gear products, the purchaser/user agree to accept the goods “as is”. Golden Fist Gear LLC does not accept any responsibility or liability for damage to products due to misuse, abuse or neglect of the products sold through this website or by the Company.
Golden Fist Training Gloves and the Golden Fist Training Circle are for the purposes of use in individual training only and are not meant for purposes outside of the suggested Golden Fist Training Method program. Any use of the Golden Fist Gear products outside of personal training are not recommended and it is the full responsibility of the purchaser for any damage, injury or death incurred from use of any Golden Fist Gear product. Any resulting injury or death as a result of use of Golden Fist Gear products at the sole liability of the Purchaser.

We currently do not have any affiliate companies, outside vendors or outside advertisers, so no customer information is ever shared to outside companies, advertisers or third party vendors. Any Golden Fist Gear products sold outside of our website or Amazon store are not affiliated with Golden Fist Gear LLC. and therefore do not fall under the liability or resposibility of Golden Fist Gear LLC.
