First, contact Sifu Jonny Blu at Golden Fist to ask about the right program for you or your child. For example, our kids martial arts classes build confidence, coordination, focus, discipline, and practical self-defense skills through Kung Fu and Kenpo Karate. In addition, adults can improve balance, breathing, mobility, and relaxation in our Golden Flow Tai Chi and Qi Gong classes.

For adults who want a more energetic workout, our GFTM fitness classes combine martial arts movement, cardio conditioning, strength, and self-defense training. However, no previous martial arts experience is required. Therefore, we welcome beginners and offer clear guidance so you can choose the class that matches your goals and experience level.

Finally, Golden Fist Martial Arts & Fitness is located at 2607 W. Olive Ave., Burbank, CA 91505, with free parking behind the studio.
